The seven people detained by the CNA in several cases regarding public procurement fraud were placed in solitary confinement. Thus, the head of the General Directorate for Urban Mobility of the Chisinau Municipal Council (DGMU), Vitalie Mihalache, his deputy and four representatives of economic agents were placed in solitary confinement for 30 days, and one of them was placed under house arrest. The decision was made by the Chisinau Court based in Ciocana.
